I've been reading a lot of "college is a waste"-like comments on my timeline lately and now I'm wondering what do people think is the alternative to the intention of learning critical thinking skills?

As everything in life - I think it’s totally dependent on what you make of it and how much effort you put in to the experience

I don’t disagree but this isn’t really the point I was getting at. I think everyone just thinks they would’ve ended up with the same outcome irregardless of their collegiate experience

'Irregardless' is one of my least favourite words in the English language. Though it's not technically 'wrong', it's redundant and far inferior to its synonyms. Why use 'irregardless' when you can use 'regardless' and convey the exact same meaning? Absolutely baffling.
