Very odd how most people seem to literally have 1 entry trigger — close through and immediate pullback to the very structure How often does that happen? Mental Would be better off focusing on acceptance above certain structures as opposed to praying it’ll wick before launch
I think a large part of that is due to the difficulty of imparting what "acceptance above/below a certain structure" would look like through Twitter. Much easier to simply state you're waiting for a retest.

I think a large part of that is people not having a fucking clue and assuming a structure needs to be retested immediately (even if they’re de facto momentum trading) for there to be a setup

I think a large part of that is "retest" becomes the perfect way to hedge a tweet. Price blows through your level - "Oh look, there wasn't a successful retest" Price retests and continues - "Boom boom, bang bang, wippity woppity"
