I agree but trying to get to the bottom of it cause I dont have the arguments yet to prove it wrong or right...
It’s about missing liquidity when you have a gap. Price will most of the times fill the gap to find the liquidity required on each price level. Similar with big moves on small volume. Eventually price will spend more time in that area. Not always.
