I always assumed that the wicks were Arthur Hayes fuckery. Bitmex wicks are often larger than other exchanges. Am I wrong or is it a combination of both?
As @HsakaTrades said, it’s just low liquidity. Even small accounts learn about bad fills there, it’s not Arthur Hayes LMAO.

So if I understand correctly you want to see wicks on both sides... But the one with more wicks will be the side that is likely to break due to exhaustion? Without wicks on both sides its possibly a fake and nothing will happen or it goes the way the wicks are?
