Sure, but barts are more of a question of an eventual breakdown. There is a distinct pattern right before the "bart" which is what this is about.
This is not a classic “Bart” but one thing to note about these patterns in general are: volume has dramatically increased and seems market participation increases after such a move whether it’s an expansion up or down

This isn't about a breaker, this is about a way to identify the price movement right before the move to the breaker. The structure to note is in the white box.
