Oh my, was expecting a dead cat bounce from the 3650 zone, got a full blown chad dildo instead.
We have a perfect little local uptrend here, higher highs and higher lows resistances flipping as support.

Long wicks on both sides without a significant follow through of either = bulls and bears are currently in a stalemate.
NY open should bring some more clarity.

when and on what TF would you consider resistance officially broken? I'm always struggeling figuring out when resistance can officially be considered support.

I would consider a break and successful retest of 4550 a move that proves mid term bullishness. At that level we would move quickly to 5550
