Seen a few of these floating around recently. Most have a timescale like this too and we don't even hit 10k before 2021. What's the thoughts behind it mate? I'd be surprised not to see 10k by this time next year
This is extremely rudimentary, based off a sample size of one. Timeline is subject to change. In essence, I just expect a consolidation period akin to the previous one in terms of structure, albeit a shorter one.

You can argue that it should be a longer consolidation this time. More time needed to absorb the increased volume, flows, etc. Similar to 2013-17 taking 4 years compared to 2011-13 (2 years), next cycle could be up to 8 years.
