over-diversification of alts doesn't mitigate risk. in fact it's a surefire way to introduce added risk through negligence from not being able to keep up with so many set ups, leading to completely avoidable laziness
Particularly since correlation has been high for quite some time, and there are 2-3 patterns printing across all alts. Diversification by exchange seems to be the better play than diversification by "sector".

at this point in the cycle, beginning to acc across diversified sectors (e.g. needacoin style) is not a bad idea. but this is an entirely separate thing from looking to play the low/mid-cap flushes right now, with an eye on btc shitting.
