Yeah, I had that marked too but for me, on the first return I try to look for an significant engulfed zone, and then on a second test I'll look for the most recent zone formed. Also, often times, there's confluence of both, the recent zones form in the vicinity of the engulfed.

Ah fair enough. I mean I used that demand for adding weight to this level too - it was where the sell off happened to engulf that key demand. Just marked differently! Nice one

Yeah, it's always a toss up b/w the two. Sometimes the best confluence is an engulfed zone on the 1D, with a recent fresh zone formed within that on the 4h.

Horses for courses. If that flag wasn't there I would've been happy to use the ignored demand as somewhere to put my stop above but personally wouldn't have used it for a short. I don't know why I do that though haha
