Goal for the week: getting up 5 days in a row before 9 am. Haven't done this in years, but I guess it's time. Any tips besides quit being a p-ssy? being awake when London opens for once would be nice.. true lifegoals how pathetic does this sound for most, lol

Will do.. stupid thing is when I had exams at like 9am and I'd focus mentally on getting up on time, even if it was only with few hrs of sleep I'd still often wake up a few minutes before the alarm went off. Anddd it's public now.. I have to now, inbe4 hindsight got up post

I look forward to this! It’s actually really difficult if you are in a bad cycle. If you can do it for two or three days then you will build some momentum
