What’s your opinions on diagonals dude? Seen a couple guys say they’re a shit indication of s/r (ICT/Peter Brandt) Used them in the past but starting to veer off them

TA isn't a "solved" question. Use whatever works for you and base your system around that. Test them for yourself before determining their validity by listening to a few marketers. Personally, I often keep an eye on macro trendlines. LTFs are too discretionary for me.

May I ask about channel drawing? On an uptrend like your drawing, does the first line needed to be drawn on the support or it doesn't matter whichever way?

Uptrends are generally define by higher lows, and downtrends by lower highs. So, for uptrends, I draw the first line one support, and for downtrends the first on resistance.
