Bloomberg Crypto Index Update Rejected by the green level, dropped down to historical demand, bounced, setting a higher low and a perfect W bottom. Are you referring to the green dotted line? And can the green rectangle be referred to as a pivot zone as well?

Yes, the green dotted line. I wouldn't regard the green rectangle as a pivot zone since it only really served as small support for a range, and barely any resistance. For pivot zone I look for: - S/R flips - Historical level - Strong price movements on a break or a test.
