Wouldn't regard that as a breaker since the up move failed to make new highs. However, it's decent supply nonetheless.

Yes, a break in MS means a higher high or lower low. Since the high at 7.8 wasn't breached (no Higher High), there was no break in MS.

I think I was referring to the same. That isn't an OB to begin the with since the up move from there didn't make a higher high. A breaker needs to be an OB. There may be some miscommunication here, maybe DM me.
