That obv oscillator is actually showing increasing buying pressure, not bear div

An increase in buying pressure with a corresponding decrease in price. More buyers came in to the market, yet the price failed to breach it's previous high (waning momentum). Price made a lower high, oscillator made a higher high, that's a bearish div in my book.
