1. join the federalist society that's their position - modern arrangement is that the high court makes procedural rules. Abolishing Equity is not the solution to anything except fraud undue influence and Knavery in general, Like Bradley said "tyranny is only transitory"

2. Just because the federalist society packed the courts and the democratics let them doesn't mean they're eternal the Rehnquist -Burgers are dead so will these be, eventually. What the USA needs are more Federal Judges and people that actually know and understand law
