We have violated treaties where our government recognizes defined indigenous lands. The least we can do is honor the treaties and respect sovereignty.

We must give back stolen lands and honor indigenous treaty rights.
We need to guarantee representation of native people in Washington, and bring about proportional representation to our entire electoral system.

If we give back land, we won't have any, but a bunch of long since dead guys will. Also, if Indians get Indian land back, they don't need representation in whatever is left, cause they will have their own countr(y)(ies)

Of which era? When would you draw the lines that never existed? Would we send all European decent peoples back to Europe? All the African Americans back to Africa, the Asians to Asia? The only indigenous people on Earth are indigenous to Africa. This is grossly ignorant.

I Am not trying to be a SmartA$$ but, Do Squatters, Including All Old, Present or New, have Any Rights? It is a fair question and any Reasonable Justice System would address All at the Same time, One Coin, Two Sides? Split Multiple Ways without Destroying/Damaging it?
