Question. For votes that are counted electronically how can a write in vote be counted??

Computers are pretty excellent at reading handwriting. Different states have different rules for when a ballot needs to be reviewed to verify voter intent, but almost certainly there's nowhere all electronically scanned ballots with write-ins get that treatment.
