That won't help as much as you think. Gas would be $10 per gallon and hit the working class the hardest. We need more EV subsidies to help transition the the US to sustainable transportation.

Disagree. Cities need to be completely rebuilt around public transportation. We need to eliminate the concept of private transportation entirely. Especially since switching to EV vehicles would require extreme exploitation of the developing world.

Better yet. Nationalize all fossil fuel companies then immediately liquidate all of their assets and invest that money in communities that have been most affected by their business. It's more than 4 words but I think it's what needs to be done.
