I feel like calling every Nuclear armed and aspiring nation to a table and offering a universal 2% disarmament per year. Every nation gets to save money, they get to see their strategic power increase as the US disarms, and we all move away from annihilation. Magic thinking.

recycle the nuclear material to be used in reactors to help people instead of sitting in a bombshell that'll (hopefully) never get used
