Dear Republicans, Please stop calling Joe Biden a Socialist. Sincerely, Actual Socialists

Counterpoint: When everything improves under a Biden presidency then people who hated the "socialist agenda" may reconsider and not blanket disregard more actual socialist policies. Let Republicans turn him into a gateway socialist and you have less struggle in the future.

Do you wholeheartedly believe that Biden is equal to Trump and nothing will change? Do you think Biden is an authoritarian dictator who will commit treason in the open to gain an maintain power? Even if we get back to some semblance of accountability, that is positive change.

I believe
@JoeBiden when he privately tells his rich donors that nothing will change. I believe his 46-year record as a politician. I believe "Better than@realDonaldTrump" is the lowest bar possible and we need radical change. I am voting@HowieHawkins.https://www.pastemagazine.com/politics/joe-biden/the-case-against-joe-biden/ …2 réponses 1 Retweet 3 j'aime -

As long as you recognize that you are giving your vote to Donald Trump by doing so.

A vote for Howie Hawkins is literally a vote for Howie Hawkins. It's on a whole other line or column.

I really do wish you the best, Howie, but most of your votes will be from the democrat leaning individuals. I am not a fan of the 2 party system but you will be siphoning votes from Biden, not Trump. He won by 80k votes across 3 states. I only hope your votes don't repeat 2016.

The math is clear: Hillary Clinton won the popular vote by 3 million or so votes. Your problem is the Electoral College, and that's why this campaign calls for abolishing it. We need a national popular ranked choice vote for president. We've proposed this solution for 20 years.

I am all for changing the system. We have to get Trump out to do that. 2016 3rd party votes: MI: 275k (11k loss) PA: 270k (44k loss) WI: 180k (23k loss) Removing Trump is the most important thing we can do. If we don't then the electoral college may never matter again.

Removing the system that put Trump in office is the most important thing. If Greens don't run, no one will advocate for M4A, full-strength GND or economic recovery for people under COVID. Dems will not give us what we need. Folks can help at http://howiehawkins.us .

Lots of people running for office and in office already advocate for M4A, GND, and an economic recovery. Democrats have gotten GND legislation further along than the Green party has. We can't remove the system that got Trump into office if we don't remove Trump.

Biden has already said he would veto M4A if it comes across his desk.
