I honestly think the Dems will "Draft Cuomo" before it's all said and done, regardless if Cuomo has said he isn't interested as recently as a month ago. He has folks talking about his pressers and how he presents himself on a daily basis. He could inspire the Dem base.

We already spend so much goddamn money on policing, what we should be doing AT A MINIMUM is taking their guns and cutting back their role in the community. Requiring more education doesn’t change the fact that they’re paid and trained to do violence

Don’t defund police officers. Just take away Qualified immunity. Oh that’ll open up a can of act right. That way the police would defund themselves by their actions.

Also, any investigation into possible misconduct will come out of their own pensions. You'll never see police acting up again.

K Street PR firms have quickly spit out their attack language against "Defund The Police" back to the politicians who are quickly attempting to disqualify "Defund The Police" as if it means "Abolish The Police." Defund means demilitarize. Defund means no racial profiling.
