Sky Farms would be great in dense cities. Sky scapers solely meant for farmings and harvesting solar power. Put a grocery store on the bottom floors

Modern agriculture is the product of ten thousand years of progress by plant nerds for higher yields & lower labor. The numbers have to add up to harvests, and very efficiently, or we starve. I'd love to be more sustainable, but too often you find people promoting them, 1/3

...blind to the numbers/science/business. Probably going from zero right now, to heavy carbon taxes and stiff groundwater limitations, ends up being the most efficient way to improve our sustainability quickly in the areas of agriculture where it makes sense. 2/3
