The transition to universal healthcare and a National Health Service will have a big impact on workers in the medical and insurance fields. We need to ensure a #JustTransition for workers, including income guarantees and job training in the transition.

There would still be a need for actuaries, enrollment for new participants and so on... if healthcare is expanded, there would be a greater staffing need... besides, what ever corporate reinsurance contingencies already in place should take care of staff before the taxpayers do
