The tax cap has done nothing to lower property taxes in upstate NY. Just a slogan. It has prevented needed services from being funded. I was a sponsor of the first tax cap and so many - from both sides of the aisle - worked together to deliver a permanent cap. Yes, there must be relief but making this permanent will help all property taxpayers. #ThankYou
