This is a big step forward, esp when you consider where the legislature was just 2 years ago. @nylcv and other advocacy groups will work with local govts to address paper bags. More impt, we all need to get in the habit of using reusable bags

That's very fair
@julietighe17. I think we can all admit this is not the perfect solution, by a long shot. However, I know folks already gearing up to get NYC opted-in. I fought super hard for ban/fee, but you don't win 100% all the time, and you gotta be cool with that.
