Single payer?? Have you seen enough despair to know that it DOES NOT WORK?? THE VA and Britain just go to show it does not work. Single payer means no rights and no accountability. Prove me wrong..
I have advocated for single payer for 2 decades. If Cuomo - or Assembly Dems - had wanted single payer it would have been put into the budget, where most issues are decided - especially health care, the biggest budget item. Are you serious, Tan? Both of those examples are MUCH MUCH more popular than dealing with private insurance. If the VA was worse than private insurance, than the veterans wouldn't be using it! The brits love their NHS, too. Even the ads for Brexit praised the NHS.
