Here’s the sad part. Tisay, who is now ~13 years old, is staying in the Philippines with Ate Beth. She spends most of her days sleeping and has wobbly back legs. I didn’t want to put her through hours of trauma for what I’m guessing could be the last year of her life. 1/2
