Have you guys tried calling that line? I called... Last week I was told my processing time was up to 28 days. I called today and now have to wait 30 or more days. So how will this number help when my utilities are cut off? I think this was poor planning on behalf of congress.

I called to hear them effectively say, they couldn’t do anything? I asked three times and they said they couldn’t do anything. Nothing. A gi bill service support line, who required my full social, with power to do nothing.

There is not a lot of boots on ground approach anymore. Hit the street and talk to vets. Get real feedback. See the struggles that a lot of VETERANS are going through daily. I am here in DC and have yet to see events with any House members.

Poor planning to not still pay benefits and do adjustments along the way. The program that was being created is behind schedule and VETERANS now have to suffer because of it. The deadline was not realistic and the coverage for VETERANS was not thought about.
