Joan, the facts: Obamacare passed, and Pres. Obama signed it into law. House & Senate members exempted themselves from it. Millions of American FAMILIES unable to afford health policies, and a lot o doctors left practice. Employers cut hours and jobs (part time workers).
I believe that Congress had to have ACA & exempted themselves under Trump. I am old, so I will Google check it.
