A2: I try to stay awake as long as possible to fight any jet lag. Easiest thing for me to do is walk around the city - and lotsa COFFEE.

This is exactly what I do! Walk around the city...find coffee...walk more...drink more coffee. Try to get adjusted to the new time zone!
