Processes for Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans, and Venezuelans. To participate, eligible beneficiaries must:
-Have a supporter in the United States;
-Undergo and clear robust security vetting;
-Meet other eligibility criteria; and
-Warrant a favorable exercise of discretion.
