The upcoming Bokeh 3.0 release is a major advance in functionality, so please check out the RC and give feedback. Note that tools like HoloViews and Panel won't immediately be able to use Bokeh 3, so for now, feedback from people using Bokeh directly is most helpful!

Colorcet 3.0.1 is a minor release to address deprecation warnings and compatibility; no need to upgrade from colorcet 3.0.0 unless you are noticing issues like that!
