We STILL can't work out why Seraph has no proper boxart image on Twitch. We've submitted it correctly at least twice now. :(
have you got access to the developer portal? I went through this for Ironcast (maybe Twitch is allergic to your games haha..)

How do I get access to developer portal? I was told I just needed to link to a IMGUR url.

after 4 attempts to send them an image URL to no avail their developer team reached out to me and sorted it. Maybe email and ask?
