I think the 2012 E3 was the first one I went to as well, when I was working at Nintendo doing the social media stuff.
Found an old SD card yesterday full of photos I'd never seen before, including this one from my first E3 in 2012! I stayed at the Cecil Hotel as it was all I could afford and maxed my uni overdraft for the plane ticket. This trip changed everything, and I'll be forever grateful.pic.twitter.com/o1G07pYo7X

I bet that was amazing! I remember the Nintendo booth from that year so clearly, the Nintendoland theming was ace. 9 years has gone so fast

Felt like the scariest place in the world back then. There was a great pizza place (Blaze 
) across the street though so at least that was something.
