I know 5k isn't much to some people but I really found it challenging! I'm in total awe of the members of our team doing 10k runs and 50k walks, they are an absolute dream team pushing themselves to raise money for a great cause

Just completed my 5k walk (ft. running for the last 1.5k) for @SpecialEffect as part of our @RipstoneGames 150k challenge and I am VERY TIRED but glad it's over
