@Groupon_UK can you explain why you are selling tickets to an event which has been cancelled? If someone buys a ticket today for this "event" are they entitled to a full refund?!

@Groupon_UK are now selling tickets to an event that has been cancelled because of COVID-19 and are insisting it will go ahead. The hotel is cloooosed and I'm not sure they've noticed but we can't go outside

Honestly Chris I can't get over how awful they are. Finally received an email from them this morning to confirm the cancellation and they still refuse to refund. Steer well clear

Request a charge back from your bank or open a dispute with PayPal! You can also report them to trading standards. The more people that do it the better
