And apparently are refusing to give us a refund too now! So they clearly think it’s acceptable to steal people’s money and not reimburse them even though we can’t go to our hotel because it’s shut. @Groupon_UK never using you ever again

Telling us they need an 'update from the hotel' which has already been provided both to Groupon and all customers with a booking. They clearly just want to keep everyone's money and profit off the emergency situation.
