And apparently are refusing to give us a refund too now! So they clearly think it’s acceptable to steal people’s money and not reimburse them even though we can’t go to our hotel because it’s shut. @Groupon_UK never using you ever again

Awful!! The hotel told me they do not get paid from groupon until the stay is over so they are quite literally keeping everyone’s money!!!

Disgusting. I'll never be using them again but doesn't really help the situation now does it haha. At least as I can't go outside I have lots of free time to complain about them online

Telling us they need an 'update from the hotel' which has already been provided both to Groupon and all customers with a booking. They clearly just want to keep everyone's money and profit off the emergency situation.
