I just feel lost and empty today. I don't recognise the country I live in anymore. Greed, selfishness, dishonesty, divisiveness, xenophobia. Every man for himself. These aren't the British values I was taught and it's breaking my heart to see what this country is becoming.
This is exactly how I feel. Came into work today to a letter from our local food bank asking for help and it broke my heart even more.
Hope you're doing ok. Not everyone is a shit head, but it's very hard to remember that on days like today.
