If you bought it using a card just file a chargeback. It'll cost them £25+ to deal with on top of the refund.
I didn't know that was an option! Thanks will look into doing that. Ticketmaster are SO ridiculously unhelpful and slow

Even easier if it's on a credit card - you just need to call your bank. Can probably still do it if it's on a debit card but might just take more convincing with your Bank
