@easyJet I suggest you look into all the cancelled rooms booked in Manchester 2019 bought at £87 And cancelled and told to rebook at £350+ before this gets taken further. I'm shocked that @bookingcom are allowing this behaviour so @easyHotelMcr make more money.... resolution ASAP

@jeffkpattison just got his sorted - keep contacting them and hopefully you will get somewhere. They had taken money from his account and still claimed that the card was invalid
