I wondered about this too. I follow many Twitch streamers whose YouTube channels are just highlights and clips for those who missed the stream. Under these new guidelines are big Twitch streamers like Vinesauce auto verified?

Sorry, I should clarify. Of course in this example he would because he has a big YouTube presence. But what about big streamers who don't use their YouTube channels?
