If this is in fact the case, professional ethics rules would apply. (Ethics rules in this case would be very concerned with conflict of interest, appearance of conflict of interest, breach of confidentialities, etc.)

Holy crap. I said that CA was apparently upset about the EEOC, but it may be much worse than that. It might even provide Activision with its own defense to the oroginal suit. Stay tuned.
