I see a lot of buzz about Baku Hunter but wouldn't Gen be better? Baku is 1:1.5 mana:damage and Gen is 1:2. Plus 1 mana is a lot easier to weave into odd turns than 2 mana is on even turns. Card selection is better on odd costs for Hunter but even has some power choices.

Hunter can get early swings off secret chaining though. Played a lot of Secret Hunter in KnC. Wandering into Snake / Venomous has won me a lot of games against aggro starts.
What minions are you playing though? There’s highmane and Houndmaster Shaw but that’s about it. You also can’t use spell stone if you go even. I do think that if you’re playing a faster hunter deck with Secret you just build a standard aggro deck like Qwerty’s now

And all odds miss stuff too. The card pool is pretty slender right now. But I think the math works better for Genn over Baku, all things being equal.
