Drak Op wasn’t even relevant until recently. You can build a decent Control Priest just with what’s left and Priest will get cards in the New expansion too. Plus combo’s not going away.

I think you’re making a couple of mistakes here. One, there’s a big difference between “Priest is only playable because of dragon synergies” and “dragon synergies are so powerful that Priest would be stupid not to play them”. The entire meta powers down next month.

The other is that most of the good cards that made Priest powerful didn’t come in last year’s set. The Purify outrage happened with the second set of last year because it got very little up to then outside Pint Size and Horror. It doesn’t need much in Witchwood to be fine.

Gadgetzan was OP for every class though. You can say that for a lot of classes with Gadgetzan rotating. The entire meta is going to feel that set rotating out.
