Weird. Looks like an example of healthy RNG to me.
I think that people think they can somewhat control random RNG like Babbling book or whatever by choosing when to play it, but since the RNG is tied to something completely outside of their control they don't like it.
Isn’t all RNG outside your control?
Yes. I just think some people have an idea that they can influence RNG but with this they can't.
