I see a lot of complaints about great players getting relegated, but IMO the issue is much more that in too many games a monkey could have replaced the GM and the result would have been the same. It's so hard for the best players to get an edge right now. Power creep has to stop.
For the most part hearthstone now revolves around who can play their power card/more power cards than their opponent but they cut out the draw from most decks. They also rotated cards that made the “consistent” decks strong.
