Kaelthas is every third spell. Galakrond doesn't have claws anymore. Dragon caster to 7 maybe 8. Skull can not reduce lower than 1.

Kaelthas is just a dumb card. Removing Claws is the smallest change I think you could make to Galakrond without losing the feel of Galakrond. If you make the mana cost higher Rogue might be the only one worth playing. Turn 6 puzzlebox is too strong. Reduction to 0 is too strong.
