And that's fine--not everyone is. But, then again, not everyone is fit to be on the supreme court. In fact, the vast, vast majority of people are not fit to be on the supreme court.

I'd be mad too if I was a good man who was ambushed with 30 year old uncorroborated charges, vilified by sexual McCarthyism, & the victim of the dirty tricks of unscrupulous Democrats desperate to keep a pro-life judge off the court. But now his confirmation sure & we move on.

Disagree as to most of that, but that's irrelevant because none of it responds to the reasons why he's overtly unqualified.

Sure. I would be, too. And if either of us expressed our anger in that way, we wouldn't be fit for the court either. While we're making distinctions, though, "not getting on the supreme court" isn't the same as "getting ruined."

If he came in and calmly stated his case he would be robotic and sociopathic.

1) again, there's a difference between emotion and composure; 2) that still doesn't respond to his clear partisan statements and perjury, which also *each* disqualify him.

He wasn't in a courtroom, he was in the Senate. Oh no, making partisan comments in a political chamber during a political hearing! For shame! Of all the silly complaints lol. Obviously perjury would be a very serious issue, but not hearing any protests about that.

It’s kind of sad that willfully lying doesn’t lead to consequences anymore and that it can just be brushed aside so easily

I don’t know if he sexually assaulted her or not and at this point I don’t think anyone definetively knows except for a few people but when you lie multiple times under oath combined with the percentage of actual SA claims vs False SA claims leads me to not believe him/trust him.

Why is it wrong to use relevant information from outside of a case to come up with your own opinion?
