That's not a valid excuse, IMO. There's a difference between not being emotional and not being composed. When you're on the supreme court EVERY SINGLE DAY is a high-pressure situation. This guy showed me he isn't able to handle that.

He wasn't in a courtroom, he was in the Senate. Oh no, making partisan comments in a political chamber during a political hearing! For shame! Of all the silly complaints lol. Obviously perjury would be a very serious issue, but not hearing any protests about that.
It’s kind of sad that willfully lying doesn’t lead to consequences anymore and that it can just be brushed aside so easily

I don’t know if he sexually assaulted her or not and at this point I don’t think anyone definetively knows except for a few people but when you lie multiple times under oath combined with the percentage of actual SA claims vs False SA claims leads me to not believe him/trust him.
